I’ve been so busy with school and work I haven’t written in a while, but things are going quite a bit better now than they were in the last few months. Physiotherapy has helped a lot, I have pretty much full range of motion in my post-op foot back, and the achilles tendonitis pain is also lessening. I actually got some shockwave therapy on my right achilles tendon, which cost a lot, but only made a little bit of difference.

I also ordered two Pro-Tec Achilles Tendon Supports which helped quite a bit. Those combined with shockwave and ultrasound therapy have made me able to walk again, which is so great!

As for the, what used to be a bunion and is no longer, it’s doing great! Like I said, pretty much full range of motion, no more pain, and the scar is not as bad as it was before either. Pictures to follow I promise. I have a nursing gala in the middle of this month so we will see how the foot does in high heels!
